All Puppies born at Thistlenook are raised in the home with family members, friends and later on our other dogs.
All our other dogs live in the home as pets and are part of our family. We share our lives with them.
Our puppies are born in the home. They are vet checked when born along with the Dam.They have their back dew claws removed for safety by the Vet at 3 days old. They are wormed at 2, 5 and 8 weeks with Drontal Puppy suspension They are given their 1st injection against parvovirus at 8 weeks where a Vets vaccination Card is given to you. They are also Microchipped
The puppies are vet checked again at 8 weeks and a written Vet Check is given to you to give to your own Vet along with the vaccination certificate. No Pup leaves here without being Vet checked to go to their forever homes. They are also insured for 4 weeks FREE with Petplan
They are very well socialised . they have a Puppy Noise CD played to them so they are not scared of loud noises. They are used to the noise of the Hoover TV Dogs barking , people and being handled.
We try and give our Puppies the very best start in life.
