THISTLENOOK NORTHERN INUIT DOGS

My name is Miyaca Mountain Cloud AKA Jim Brown. I am a  Registered Northern Inuit Dog . My D.O.B. is 21/04/2004.

I have to include in this Website  my roommate Shanook . Although she is NOT a Northern Inuit  (she is a GSD cross Husky ) she is my roommate and best friend. She was in the household 4 months before me but she looked after me like a Mother. I was only 6 weeks old when I came to Scotland from my Kennels In England  . Shanook washed my face and made sure I ate my dinner before she ate hers .

My temperament is very placid. Like most other Northern Inuit Dogs I mix well with other pets, people  and household members. My friendly disposition and willingness to please and my  non aggressive nature, makes me a good companion . I am loved by all.    I  like to be included in everything the family does . Shanook, my roomate (GSD X Husky) is the Alpha dog .  I don't mind ...I know my place!  Northern Inuits are NOT good Guard Dogs. Shanook isn't either.  We just love everybody.

I go for my morning walk in the park or the forrest with Shanook. It last about 1 hour. We chase each other for ages ,  sometimes we meet other dogs, it's best that they join in as well as we love to play. I love mud and water and always come back wet and muddy. I found some new friends all by myself !  I didn't know they were Geese and the others were Swans! I dived in and swam towards them. Well! They all swam away and squawked. Shanook tried to get me out but she won't swim. I am not allowed to  go  there ever again.....ever!  When we get back home , Margaret hoses us down and then blow dries us ... and I love it.!  I love getting my back blowdried. It's just to get the water and mud from us and make us look  presentable. I wait 1 hour before eating incase of (Bloat) Gastro Intestinal Torsion . Well , it takes that time to dry us !
