THISTLENOOK NORTHERN INUIT'S

 Welcome to    Thistlenook   Kennels. We are a small family kennel in Falkirk, Stirlingshire, Scotland  where we breed an occasional litter every year to futher the breed .

We have 3 Northern Inuit Dogs and our First dog Shanook. She is GSD cross Husky , but looks more like a GSD with a lovely straight back and Hind Legs

All our dogs live in the house and share our lives with us . They are all family Pets ,they interact with children well and just love meeting people.Everyone who visits gets a Big Welcome from our Dogs

They are all trained with the  Kennel Club "Good Citizen Award up to GOLD Standardrd obtaining their Puppy, Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards.They all have lovely Certificates and 4 Rosettes each for their efforts   

I must add with some pride , that Jim Brown who Sponsors The Northern Inuit Society, was the 1st Northern Inuit to acheive "The Kennel Club Good Citizens" GOLD Award.

Others have now followed obtaining theirs

I am very proud of my little pack and am a firm believer in training

Dharma has had one gorgeous litter, mated to Mahlek Olakhota Inukashuk who has won Best in Breed  and Best in Show, many times, She will be mated with a fabulous stud dog recommended by our Breed Advisor and  my choice.. She should be mated around June, 2009 . Bookings now being taken for this litter so please put your name down early
